Paul Smith Optimistic giveaway results

When collecting the comments & tweets together I came to a total and put it through random.org. Ria was the winner, so one of the Paul Smith Optimistic bottles is on the way to her very soon. I have two bottles & was just about to make another post when I noticed that there were a lot more comments on my giveaway post than there was when counting final entries. No late entrants & definitely not a miscount, so the only explanation is the failure of blogger going down during my giveaway & many of the comments going missing. This now means that I missed out roughly 20 entries, which isn't fair at all. So instead instead of making another post I'm pulling out another number from the hat. So the second winner is...drum roll please... Cara!

Now away from the fail of google & on to possible posts. Summer is upon us, meaning festival season is too. Is anyone a first timer this year? I know when I was embarking on my first year at Leeds I was faced with packing dilemmas amongst slight reservations about certain things (the toilets being one!). I have a few products to review & have always wanted to do a sort of 'festival guide'/suggestion post, would you be interested? What kind of things, if a first timer, would you want to know about? Fire away with questions either here or on twitter. I can't say I know the answers to both but I'm happy to share experiences.

Honour over Glory giveaway

Since I hit 1000 followers a couple of weeks back, I've decided to do a giveaway (& there may possibly be one more to come). Until recently I haven't blogged an awful lot & it most definitely hasn't been regularly, so I was a little surprised to hit this mark of followers. So thank you for still reading despite my total crapness at keeping it updated on a regular basis. I also want to say thank you because it's gotten me back into blogging, I've missed it & I think this was a kick of inspiration to get me posting again.

Anyway, onto the prizes! Tom over at Honour over Glory has generously given me a white glory boobtube in medium to give away. So I thought it'd be a nice little give away for my blog since I'm a fan of the products. CLOSED: New Year Giveaway

Hello beautiful people! I've been gone for a lonnng time & I hate it! So to say sorry for my absense, I'm going to give away a few lovely bits and bobs. You all deserve it & there's nothing better than a late christmas present! Now because I'm at home, home & most of my makeup is back up at uni I don't have any photographs of what I will give away, but here's a hint... it's full of magic, mirth & mischief! Have to note though, for reasons I'm not willing to release fully on my blog yet, these limited edition products don't have packaging, but they are brand new.

The other present/prize is a beautiful necklace from This Charming Girl. I love this site & I rarely go a day without someone asking me where I got my envelope necklace from. If you've never seen her shop before I advise you to have a browse around, prices are so good & the pieces are beautiful. Perfect for presents, many of my friends have received some of these treasures for birthdays. The particular treasure I'm giving away is this beauty, which I thought was very appropriate around the festive period.


As it's only a small give away there will only be one winner & it's going to be an easy one. All I want you to do is comment with the best present you gave this christmas & why it was the best.
